Aromatherapy for Pain Management

Class participants will learn how essential oils work for managing pain. Essential oils are an effective tool for managing muscle aches and joint pain. In this class we will discuss the most effective essential oils and applications for relieving pain. Participants will create a customized oil blend to take home. A materials fee of $30 will be collected.
